Empower the Future Workforce — One Student at a Time
Each spring, TCCEED, in partnership with St. Lucie Public Schools, hosts an incredible career exploration experience for high school students — and local businesses like yours are at the heart of it.
This high-energy, hands-on Career Fair brings together over 100 local businesses and 1,200 11th and 12th grade students from across the county, creating meaningful connections that can shape students’ futures and solve workforce challenges for employers.
Whether you’re looking to hire, inspire, or simply give back, this event offers a powerful platform to engage directly with the next generation of workers and thinkers.
Why Your Participation Matters
Your involvement goes beyond a booth — it’s a chance to shape career journeys and build community impact.
As a Partner, You Can:
Showcase your industry and give students a real-world glimpse of what you do
Talk about available roles, expected skill sets, and pathways into your field
Provide insight into salaries, benefits, and training programs
Share your company culture and workplace environment
Conduct on-the-spot interviews or set up internships and job opportunities
Build brand visibility as a youth-friendly employer in our community
Help students develop soft skills like communication and networking
Students leave this event more confident, more curious, and in many cases — already connected to a future opportunity
